Maybe you’ve noticed a change in someone around you and you’re worried that something isn’t quite right. Or they’ve said something on Facebook that’s worried you, like “I wish I could go to sleep and never wake up”, or “No one would care if I was gone.”
There’s a lot you can do to help and support people who might be thinking about suicide. You don’t have to be an expert or a professional, just someone who cares.
