Here's how it works...

Spend a few minutes answering some simple questions about who you are and what emotions or mental health problems you’re dealing with. The more you tell us, the better we can help match you to a psychologist.

If you’re not sure how to express the way you’re feeling, that’s fine too. Try using some keywords – for example, ‘anxious’, ‘sad’ or ‘angry’ – to help us understand what you’re dealing with.

After you have answered our questions, we begin the process of finding a match for you.

Someone from our friendly team can call you to recommend a psychologist. Or you can choose for yourself from our list of suggested options. From here we'll be able to work out which psychologist will be the best fit for you.

Once you've been matched with a psychologist, we recommend having a chat with them over the phone and booking your first appointment.

This will give you the chance to ask them any questions you might have, and get a good feel for how well you connect.

Our service is completely free for our clients seeking psychologists. You just pre-pay for your session once you've booked it.

When you've completed your first session, we pass the session fee along to your psychologist. Easy!
